Being true

You never get tired of being who you naturally are; you get tired of being someone that you’re trying to be, because it’s unnatural.

Think about how you are and the things you do on a daily basis. An example is someone who likes to work out. If someone truly likes working out they don’t ever get tired of it because they enjoy it.

On the other hand if someone doesn’t like working out they have to push themselves to do it. This people get tired of because it’s something you don’t enjoy doing. You’re only doing it because of some other motive.

If you catch yourself saying out loud or to yourself that you’re tired of being “nice”, or tired of being well behaved stop and ask yourself: am I doing these things because I genuinely enjoy doing theses things or because it’s what other people expect of me?

It’s not a matter of right or wrong. It’s a matter of true or false. Know who you really are and stress will leave your life.

Love y’all.

Positive vibes for positive minds.
