Journey to success

Success is a destination, just like any other destination you don’t get there instantly. You get there one step at a time in the right direction.

If we learn to treat our journey toward success like we treat a journey to any where on our GPS we would have a lot more success.

When we set our destination on our GPS we get a little blue line that tells us where we’re going. We get an estimated time that the journey will take.

All of this allows us to prepare in advance for our travel. We know it’s going to take time. We know that there may be some delays, that there may be road blocks and traffic jams. We may get tired. At the end of it all we know that sooner or later, one way or another–we’re going to get there.

So we get in our car and we drive. We follow the directions and we focus on the path ahead until we get to where we want to be.

This is our path to success. Let’s put our destination into our success GPS. Follow the directions and let’s focus on the path ahead. Buckle up and drive on; and just like taking a trip eventually we will get to where we want to be.
